Dulse [Organic Sea Vegetable] = Dulse is a red seaweed with flat, fan-shaped fronds that grows from the temperate to frigid zones of the Atlantic and Pacific. Dulse makes a great addition to salads. This alkaline vegetable is an excellent source of iron and many trace minerals. It also contains iodine and manganese which activate enzyme systems. This seaweed is dry and keeps for many months.
Nori Sheets [Organic Sea Vegetable] = This nori has been processed into thin sheets which can be used to roll mock-sushi and other raw-food treats.

If I could only recommend one book to you, this would be the one. I've begun trying the recipes myself and sharing them with the community.
The Sunfood Cuisine by Frederic Patenaude = I've made many delicious recipes from this book, some of which I've served here in Carbondale.
Goji Berries = Goji Berries are one of the most amazing raw foods I've ever come across! They are harvested wild in the valleys of inner Mongolia and Tibet, and are packed with incredible nutrition: 18 kinds of amino acids (all 8 essential ones); up to 21 trace minerals; the Earth's richest source of carotenoids; tons of Vitamin C; B1, B2, B6, and E; Iron; linoleic acid; polysaccharides; and more! Excellent health, excellent taste, who could ask for anything more?

This Cooked Planet (CD by The Healing Waters Band) = The Healing Waters Band is an all-raw rock band. The members include David Wolfe (drums), Nature's First Law staff members Dave Steinberg (guitar, vocals), Tony Thorpe (bass, vocals), Jackie Ayala (vocals), and Bill Greene (keyboards). Some of the songs are a bit silly but I really love the album as a whole. My favorite songs on this are "This Cooked Planet," "Burger World" (about McDonald's), and "Raw Foods Girl" (Ah, I will meet my raw foods girl someday!)
