Big Muddy IMC has satellite TV

The Big Muddy IMC, located in Carbondale, Southern Illinois, now has satellite TV. Every weekday at 5 pm, we'll be watching Democracy Now! on Free Speech TV. Visit bigmuddyimc.org for the latest news on this and other important regional stories.

I will most definitely mention this to Amy Goodman when I see her @ Green Festival next month. She was very interested in the both IMC & WDBX. She asked if DBX carries DemNow & I spoke to one of her people about how that could be arranged. For shame! I never followed through (don't remember if I gave Treesong the guy's number!).
I'll do better this time :)

IMC no longer has satellite

Actually, this is an old announcement, and the IMC no longer has satellite TV. This does remind me, though, that I wanted to try to organize Democracy Now! showings using their video podcasts. It would be lower quality, but cheaper... :) And the point of Democracy Now! is the information, not cutting edge high resolution graphics.
