Anarchist American Flag

This is a new anarchist version of the American flag that I created. I've seen something similar, but not quite like this. The red and black symbolize social anarchism, and the green and black symbolize eco anarchism.

It looks like the African American/ Black liberation flag so maybe it could be the Anarchist people of color flag, but don't co-opt our flag dude its not cool its not your flag. look it up. black liberation flag.

Black Liberation Flag

Up until today I hadn't seen the flag you were talking about. I had mostly just seen the three-striped red-black-green for black liberation, with maybe some variations here and there. But a Google search did in fact turn up one or two examples of a Black Liberation Flag similar to this that you're talking about -- with black stars instead of the black Circle A, but otherwise very similar.

The similarity was purely unintentional and coincidental. I didn't intend to do any co-opting. Now that I've seen this, though, I'll have to think it over.

On the one hand, since both flags are basically just making slight color changes to the original, it's not a surprise that they ended up looking similar. On the other hand, I don't want to actually be seen as co-opting another flag -- other than, of course, the obvious co-optation of the American flag.

Either way, it's a moot point since I haven't really used this for anything and don't plan to. It was a thought experiment more than anything...

Isn't that illogical? an anarchist flag? It's a cool design but still a flag would suggest patriotism which is the exact opposite of an anarchist mindset. i'm just sayin

You honestly think that America gives you freedom??? Any form of government is corrupt! Especially American Government. Freedom is in the eye of the beholder but the government tries to control everything. Why do you think that Anarchy is a symbal of scorn? Becasue thats what school teaches us, it teaches us that anarchy is complete chaos, why does the education system teach us this? Becasue the government controls what schools teach us. Anarchy is not chaos anarchy is true peace. The Governement is so corrupt and scared of being over thrown and that is why it teaches anarchy to be the enemy. If America knew what true anarchy is many of them would choose it. I myself am a Christian Anarchy, I beleive all Archys are wrong except for God. Jesus is my president, Jesus said blessed are the peace makers, Jesus calls us to love everyone and to share everything. If everyone read the Gospels and actually followed what Jesus Taught and let him be in control there would be no need for any kind of governing power or any set laws becasue we would all love each other and we wouldn't need capitolism becasue we'd all share everything. That is true freedom. You can't buy freedom.

anarchy is just a violent way of peace... noone understands that.. peace is anarchy because its against the gov.. gov wants war peace opposes war.. anarchy goes against gov just as much.. ok alot more nut same sense and purpose for both... anarchy and pesce are the same n so diffrent

These juvenile would-be neo-Marxists whose ignorance of history, economy and law are matched by their obliviousness to the type of person Marx was as a father and a husband (by which true and full insight into this wretched man’s writings can only then be appreciated); Of course most of these juvenile “intellectuals” would no nothing about this as they typically not “burdened” with things like family anyway. No, they also no nothing of the millions killed directly by communist and those who use the communist mantra of “freedom from oppression”. Their teachers, parents and mentors led them down the path of mindless blather about the United States being the worst country on Earth.
