This is the second in my series of anarchist "Semper Fidelis" flags. The motto reads "Semper Fidelis Et De Oppresso Liber", and it means "Always Faithful and Free From Oppressors." Ironically enough, "De Oppresso Liber" is the motto of the U.S. Army Special Forces.
