Revolution of One is a simple but powerful guide to reclaiming your life and
transforming our world. Whether you're a seasoned activist, a spiritual seeker,
or anyone else who wants a better life for yourself and others, this book will

The journey starts with ten personal practices that empower you to become a Revolution of One. These practices are Ecological Living, Study, Organization, Meditation, Visualization, Energy Work, Live Foods, Creative Activity, Friendship, and Play. Together, they empower you to transform your life and build the foundation for the rest of your revolutionary journey.
As you learn and grow on your own, your journey will lead you out into your community. The second part of this journey offers eight types of groups that will empower you and your fellow community members to make the giant leap from individual practices to united community organization. These include Study Groups, Consciousness-Raising Groups, Housing Cooperatives, Community Enterprise, Social Services, Community Agriculture, Community Centers, and Community Circles.
Finally, your community will discover the power of uniting with other like-minded communities in the same bioregion to create the foundations of new revolutionary society. Five projects can help you and other communities in your bioregion to achieve this "community of communities": Study Your Bioregion, Raise Bioregional Consciousness, Unite Community Organizations, Form a Bioregional Alliance, Hold a Bioregional Circle.
Over the course of the next few years, you and the many people of your community and bioregion will discover that you have always had the power to create the life of your dreams. All that was missing was the knowledge and the confidence that the change starts right here, right now, with each of us.
