Welcome to the Ultima Society!
The Ultima Society is a community of Ultima enthusiasts dedicated to preserving, sharing, understanding, and celebrating all aspects of Ultima, the groundbreaking role-playing game (RPG) series. Currently, the Ultima Society has three main areas of focus:
- Ultima Mythology = Ultima Mythology examines Ultima from a mythological perspective. Topics include World History, Classic Literature [game fiction], Popular Literature [fan fiction], Metaphysics, and Spirituality.
- Ultima Reality = Ultima Reality examines Ultima from a real-world perspective. Departments include Ultima History, Canonical Games, Fan Games, Fan Culture, and Current Events.
- The Wayfarers = The Wayfarers are a movement of people who honor the Way of the Avatar as a real world philosophy.
