Valentine’s Day is just a couple of days away now. And so, I have a few more thoughts to share on the subjects of chocolate, valentines, and… polyamory? Yes… polyamory! Yaaay! Maybe a bit of anti-fascist rhetoric thrown in for good measure… but mostly polyamory.

I don’t put much stock in Valentine’s Day, since it’s mostly just a ploy to sell chocolates, greeting cards, and not-particularly-empowering perspectives on love. But it does have an interesting history that not too many people are aware of. And just about everyone around me celebrates it in some form. So, every year, I take this time as an opportunity to reflect on my own thoughts and feelings about love. This year, I’m going to touch on a topic that is “controversial” in much of society, yet near and dear to my heart: namely, sacred sexuality.
